Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Advanced Diploma in Early Years Education
Minimum 3 years relevant Early Years teaching experience
Demonstrated understanding of child-led, play-based instructional approaches
Valid TSC Number (Kenyan applicants)
International or multicultural experience preferred
Strong alignment with Woodland Star’s mission and values
