Driver Jobs.

  • Operate a company vehicle or motorbike to deliver and collect items such as parcels, documents, goods, or personnel across Nairobi and surrounding regions.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed within scheduled timelines, and maintain communication with dispatch or relevant departments for updates and instructions.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes using knowledge of Nairobi traffic patterns, road conditions, and GPS navigation tools.
  • Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, or accidents.
  • Perform daily vehicle/motorbike inspections to ensure roadworthiness — check oil, fuel, brakes, tire pressure, lights, indicators, etc.
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions, damage, or maintenance issues promptly and ensure the vehicle is serviced as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs including time of pickup/delivery, mileage, and any incidents encountered.
  • Collect necessary signatures and delivery confirmations for all deliveries and submit completed paperwork to the supervisor.
  • Strictly adhere to all Kenyan traffic laws and company driving regulations.
  • Ensure safety of cargo, self, and others on the road at all times — including use of helmet, seat belt, and adherence to speed limits.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Handle deliveries with care and ensure courteous communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in warehouse or office errands as needed — loading/offloading goods, running supplies between departments, or supporting dispatch.
  • Respond flexibly to changes in delivery priorities or emergency assignments.
  • Safeguard sensitive documents, parcels, or company assets entrusted during deliveries.
  • Report any suspicious activities, tampering, or irregularities observed during transit.
  • Minimum of 5 years driving and riding experience in Kenya
  • In-depth knowledge of Nairobi roads and traffic patterns
  • Valid motorbike and vehicle driving license (Class BCE and FG) with a clean record
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong sense of responsibility, integrity, and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
  • Must be physically fit and capable of handling long hours on the road
