Purpose:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to join our team. The role will be responsible to provide top-notch transportation services and logistics for CCI Kenya ensuring smooth and efficient running of the organization to achieve its set goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods/passengers.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations and company policies.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that arise.
• Maintaining high standards of service to both internal and external guests.
• Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, in good working condition and secure at all times.
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance is done as required and within timelines.
• Preparing, maintaining and submitting vehicle monitoring reports, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage as required
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in your detailed job description.

Required Skills:

• Strong driving skills with proven experience, especially in defensive driving.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Attention to detail in record keeping and maintenance.
• Outstanding levels of integrity.

Qualifications

• MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ proven driving experience within the hotel industry.
• KCSE Certificate.
• Valid Kenyan driving license.
• A valid certificate of Good Conduct.
• Working knowledge of Kenyan traffic law.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
