Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and memorable game drive experiences to guests.
- Share accurate knowledge on wildlife, conservation, and local culture.
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and exceptional service throughout excursions
- Maintain the vehicle in good operational condition and report any mechanical concerns.
- Deliver professional and engaging guest interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum ‘O’ Level Certificate
- Professional training in Tour Guiding from a recognized institution.
- Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience in tour guiding and guest handling.
- Minimum Silver Medal in Tour Guiding.
- Valid Driving Licence and TSV Licence.
- First Aid knowledge will be an added advantage.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of wildlife and conservation.
- Physical fitness, energy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Reliability, proactiveness, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be 25 years and above.
