Director, Youth Affairs and Sports Job
The Director will lead in the formulation and execution of youth development and sports policies, ensuring the empowerment of young people and promotion of sporting talent in the county.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing implementation of youth and sports programs.
- Managing sports infrastructure and organizing county sports events.
- Developing youth empowerment strategies including mentorship and training.
- Liaising with community-based organizations and development partners.
- Preparing progress reports on youth engagement and sports development.
- Mobilizing resources to support youth programs.
This position requires a passionate and innovative leader in youth development and sports policy execution.
