Requirements

• Served in the grade of Deputy Director-Legislative, Procedure and Committee Services, or in comparable position for a minimum
• period of throe [3) years:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, Communication, Business
• Administration, Education. Commerce or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Master degree in Political Science, Sociology. Economics, Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programne lasting not less than six weeks:
• Registration with a relevant professional body recognized in Kenya with a membership of good standing
• Certificate in Senior Management Course lasting not less than four [4) weeks from a recognized institution:
• Certificate in computer applications; and (vii) Demonstration of managerial, administrative, integrity and professional competence in work performance and results.
