Director HR Management Job Kisumu CPSB

HR Jobs, Kisumu CPSB Jobs. Responsible for verifying recruitment, appointment, promotion and transfer records, processing human resource cases, supporting implementation of HR decisions, maintaining HR information, and guiding staff on HR procedures and policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, plus at least three years’ relevant experience. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

• Be a citizen of Kenya;
• Have served in the grade of Assistant Director, Human Resource Management for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;

OR

• Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: – Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce Plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
• Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
• Be in possession of Leadership Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Been registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IRM), (vii) A valid practicing license;
