We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Marketer to lead online lead generation, brand positioning, and end-to-end sales conversion for our real estate development projects. You will combine digital marketing expertise with a hands-on sales approach to attract, nurture, and convert qualified property buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Linkedin
  • Manage lead funnels, landing pages & CRM pipelines
  • Create property content: listings, video tours & graphics
  • Drive sales via WhatsApp marketing, email & webinars
  • Quality inbound leads & coordinate site visits
  • Manage SEO/SEM, microsites & social media presence
  • Support diaspora & HNW investor outreach campaigns
  • Report weekly on CPL, CTR, ROAS & conversion rates
  • Graphic design work: basic knowledge of architectural software will be a plus

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Portfolio of successtul property campaign launches
  • Direct experience selling residential, off-plan or land
  • Familarity with conveyancing & title deed processes
  • Diaspora or HNW investor targeting experience
  • Managed brand accounts across IG, FB, YouTube, Linkedin
  • CRM dashboards, GA4 & Meta Ads Manager reporting
  • Knowledge of local real estate market & buyer behaviour
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Business or Communications
  • Google Ads & Meta Business Suite proficiency
  • CRM experience – Salesforce, Zoho or similar
  • Strong SEO/SEM & Google Analytics 4 skills
  • Design skills: Canva, Adobe Suite or CapCut
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
