The digital marketing specialist (seo, media buying & automation) will be a key driver in the planning and execution of company end to end digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business Administration, or a related field, with professional certifications in digital marketing (e.G., google analytics, hubspot) preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms,
- Including google analytics, seo tools (e.G., semrush, ahrefs), and marketing automation software.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and dashboard reporting for campaign optimization and strategic decision- making.

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a demonstrated track record of achieving traffic, lead, and conversion targets.
- Previous experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple Channels, including seo, ppc, email, and social media.
- Salary: kshs. 100,000 – 130,000 plus company benefits
Key responsibilities
- Strategic digital marketing management: – develops and Implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company growth objectives and Brand positioning.
- Seo & website optimization: – conducts keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Content development & creation: – oversees the creation and Development of compelling content across all digital platforms.
- Digital campaign management & media buying: – liaising with external Agencies, implementing, and optimizing Integrated digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including google ads, facebook/instagram ads, and linkedin.
- Digital pr responsibilities:- manages digital public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility online.
