About the Role
- Stainless Steel Pro Kenya is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads, increase online visibility, and support business growth.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with proven experience marketing stainless steel, metal products, construction materials, manufacturing products, or related technical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating qualified sales leads.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
- Create and coordinate high-quality marketing content, including product posts, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for lead generation.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and return on advertising spend.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends within the Kenyan market.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads, preferably for B2B or high-value products.
- Previous experience in the stainless steel, metal, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on measurable results.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing results.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan digital market and customer behavior.

- Your primary goal will be to help Stainless Steel Pro Kenya generate a consistent flow of high-quality enquiries and sales opportunities through digital channels.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous results through a portfolio, campaign reports, case studies, or other measurable evidence of their work.
