Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing strategies across social media, web, and email
- Grow and monetise social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create compelling content including copy, graphics, short-form video, and campaign assets
- Support online sales and lead generation for assistive technology products and programmes
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns for products, research projects, and events
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to align marketing with growth goals
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth, or communications
- Proven experience promoting or selling products and services online
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in assistive technology, health tech, education, development, or adjacent sectors
- Familiarity with analytics, CRM tools, and paid social advertising
- Experience working in fast-growing or mission-driven organisations
