Digital Marketing & Content Specialist Job
tma is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing team! This is an exciting part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and results.
If you’re a self-starter with strong B2B marketing experience and a passion for turning insights into engaging, lead-generating content — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing historical performance data using GA4 to inform campaign strategy
- Designing and running targeted Google Ads campaigns
- Conducting market research (especially in IT applications) to identify relevant content themes
- Writing and designing engaging LinkedIn content, supported by visuals
- Publishing content across LinkedIn and blogs to drive lead generation
- Managing website updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of digital or content marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong SEO & backlink strategy skills
- Proven success generating leads through LinkedIn content
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Skilled in both graphic design and copywriting
- Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn, and CMS tools
- Based in Nairobi and available for night shift work onsite
