Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Create engaging written and visual content including graphics, posts, captions, and basic videos.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community management.
• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements.
• Implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO optimization for website content.
• Write blog posts, website copy, and other digital content optimized for search and engagement.
• Monitor and report on social media metrics, website analytics, and campaign performance.
• Schedule and manage paid social media advertising campaigns with provided budgets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research on industry trends.
• Manage Content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) for website updates.
• Create and optimize Google My Business profiles and local listings.
• Assist with basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Upload and manage images and files through various digital platforms.
• Support the creation of marketing assets such as infographics and promotional tools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven success managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Understanding of social media analytics and Google Analytics.
