About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to lead demand creation, lead generation, digital campaigns, and online growth across our group of companies.
This role is focused on generating measurable business results through strong digital marketing, automation, and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Drive social media growth, engagement, and conversion
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automation journeys
- Create and optimize landing pages, websites, and customer funnels
- Manage CRM systems, customer databases, and marketing automation
- Track campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
- Improve SEO, website traffic, and conversion performance

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, SEO, landing pages, and automation tools
- Excellent communication, execution, and project management skills
