Digital Content & Graphics Designer Job
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Digital Content & Graphics Designer to craft engaging visual stories and produce high-quality content across digital, print and social platforms. You’ll sit at the intersection of fashion, branding, content production and design leading projects from concept to delivery while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production (Photo & Video):
- Translate creative briefs into powerful visual narratives that meet marketing and brand goals.
- Produce and manage content shoots end-to-end from planning to execution and post-production ensuring timely, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
- Source, manage and provide product samples for shoots, ensure on-set presence and creative direction.
- Lead post-production workflows: image selection, retouching, editing, archiving.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, models and creatives; build and maintain supplier/studio relationships.
- Maintain and manage internal tools like the production calendar, preferred supplier lists and asset archives.
- Travel locally (up to 40% annually) for on-location shoots and campaigns.
Creative & Graphic Design:
- Develop and uphold brand visual identity, aesthetics, and style guidelines across all platforms.
- Design a wide range of materials: product illustrations, social media graphics, email banners, decks, website assets and more.
- Produce seasonal collections of graphic content aligned with product launches and campaign timelines.
- Ideate and deliver fresh, compelling visuals for Instagram, email marketing, eCommerce and more.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for both mobile and desktop viewing experiences.
Web & Digital Presence:
- Support ongoing design and UX improvements of the website and (future) mobile app.
- Establish and maintain design standards for web aesthetics, usability and user journey.
- Collaborate with the tech team and brand team to enhance online visual appeal and conversion.
- Create digital mockups, sample pages and style frameworks that guide consistent execution.
- Design collaboration decks and branding assets for joint projects with external brands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate product design concepts, colors and usage.
- Analyze performance data and compile creative status reports to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in creative production, visual content creation, or graphic/web design, digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and and post-production tools (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of photography, videography and post-production workflows.
- Working knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI standards, and content management systems (CMS), ideally with hands-on experience improving eCommerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics, SEO principles or marketing platforms like Klaviyo, is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across creative teams, marketing, product and external partners to align visual communication with business goals.
