Job specifications
- BS Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 1-year experience as a graduate architect.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Suites, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar).
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Project management skills.
- Work within agreed deadlines, schedules or project framework(s).
- Adhere to all Company core values, guidelines and policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Work with minimum supervision.
Job summary
- Control project(s) design and implementation to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Develop briefs to identify clients’ needs, put together feasibility reports and present design proposals.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- Compile project specifications.
- Keep within project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure that design and implementation on site complies with building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- Cooperate and liaise with Operations team and other construction professionals.
- Follow and document architectural trends and advancements.
- File development documents according to procedures and processes.
