Lead the design and optimization of Solar PV, BESS, and Solar Water Pumping systems, supporting tenders and project execution with compliant, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Core Requirments

BSc in Electrical Engineering
Valid EPRA T3 certification
3–5 years’ experience in Solar PV & BESS design
Experience with international tenders (e.g., World Bank, African Development Bank, UN agencies)
Proficient in AutoCAD & PV

Key Responsibilities

Prepare system designs, SLDs, layouts, simulations & BOMs
Develop technical proposals and compliance documentation
Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and donor guidelines
Conduct site assessments and provide implementation support

Key Skills:

Analytical, detail-oriented, strong technical writing, proactive team player.
