Valley Hospital is hiring Deputy Nurse In-Charges – Theatre to supervise theatre nursing operations and maintain high-quality perioperative care. The role is based in Nakuru and must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya is required
Qualifications
- Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN)
- Minimum of 4 years’ nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role in a similar setting
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and hold a valid Practicing License
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clinical Competence: Sound understanding of nursing practices and patient care protocols
- Problem-Solving: Effective in resolving conflicts and making informed decisions
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable with digital documentation and hospital systems
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
