The role supports operational efficiency through effective coordination of corporate support functions including administration, finance, human resources, and institutional operations.

  • Providing strategic leadership in the management of corporate services within the Commission
  • Coordinating administrative, financial, and operational functions across departments
  • Supporting implementation of institutional policies and operational procedures
  • Advising senior management on corporate governance and administrative matters
  • Coordinating development and implementation of corporate service strategies
  • Monitoring performance of corporate service departments and operational units
  • Supporting institutional planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes
  • Ensuring compliance with public service regulations and administrative policies
