Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, factory planning, or production logistics within a manufacturing or energy-related environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using ERP systems such as SAP (particularly PP and MM modules).
- Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, production cycles, and filling operations.
- FMCG Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate demand forecasts and align with production capacity to support seamless factory and filling operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, commercial, and procurement teams to ensure demand plans reflect real-time needs and business strategy.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and optimize stock levels across sites to prevent shortages and minimize wastage.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze trends, track forecast accuracy, and drive improvements through clear reporting and insights.
- SAP Integration: Ensure demand plans are fully embedded in SAP, enabling smooth material and production planning across facilities.
