Job Summary:

Our client, who is a leading product financing company, is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Debt Collector to join their dynamic team. As a Debt Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing outstanding accounts and ensuring timely collections. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and negotiating repayment plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service while effectively managing difficult conversations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies related to collections.
• Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
• Proven experience in collections, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
