Position Overview:
Are you passionate about customer service and interacting with people? We’re hiring for Customer Service Attendants! As a Customer Service Representative – Laundry Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our cleaning services. Your KPI’s will be maintaining a contracted minimum daily customer retention, achieving set daily, weekly and monthly sales, and delivering the company’s set customer service quality levels. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and handling inquiries, orders, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Receiving, tagging, order booking, and invoicing.
- Processing orders and transactions, whether by phone, email, social media or in-person.
- Running day-to-day branch operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Maintaining at least 80% customer retention through telecalls, and sustaining an excellent customer point of contact service delivery.
- Cross-selling laundry services, while ensuring daily minimum orders and customers are served per day.
- Payment reconciliations, and stock maintenance, achieving allowed minimum stock holding.
- Resolving issues and customer complains in liaison with other departments.
- Collecting customer feedback and tracking customer service metrics.
- Participates in departmental meetings.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Front Operations, Sales and Marketing, Laundry or Housekeeping with at least 2 years experience in the laundry customer service.
- Experience in sales & customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of garment care and dry-cleaning processes
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
