Qualifications Experience and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
