The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent client experience, managing service delivery standards, handling escalations and leading a high performing customer service team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service management preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality or service oriented environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer service systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or laboratory operations will be an added advantage.
