Calltronix Contact & Training Centre is a business communication and collaboration process automation company that utilizes the latest technologies and best industry practices to improve productivity, efficiency and accountability within organizations.

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and promote features.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer complaints and problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, logging details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for continuous improvement of services and products.
  • Engage in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Languages spoken are Somali, Tigrinya, Oromo, Amharic, Arabic, Dinka, Kinyarwanda, Kinyamulenge, Luganda, Kirundi, French.
All the above MUST be conversant with Kiswahili or English.
