Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers.
- Meet sales targets for fuels and lubricants.
- Process cash and card payments via the POS system.
- Greet and assist customers courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the fuelling area.
- Check vehicle fluid levels and clean windshields upon request.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum O-level KCSE with relevant certificates
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
