Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to live chat inquiries and support tickets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Customer issue follow up and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
• Attaining the required Customer satisfaction rate.
• Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40 words per Minute
• Degree or diploma in a Business-related Course
• Experience in a similar role
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skill
