Customer Service Jobs. FSK Advisory Jobs. Customer Champion attending to customers, dispensing fuel and processing payments at a service station, requiring a minimum KCSE qualification, good communication and customer service skills and basic numeracy, in a fuel retail environment, on-site role.

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Champion to join our service station team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and courteously.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customers’ vehicles.
• Receive and process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of sales and fuel transactions.
• Check and report fuel levels and any pump or equipment issues.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Assist customers with basic service station needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, incidents, or unusual activities to the supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum KCSE qualification.
• Previous experience as a Pump Attendant, Petrol Station Attendant, Cashier, or in a customer service role will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Honest, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
