Responsibility:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products, services.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of complaints.
- Support marketing or operational activities related to customer engagement.
- Manage front desk operations including visitor registration and inquiries
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or front office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software (CRM systems).
