Description

The Creative Designer is responsible for developing visually impactful, on-brand digital content for use across paid and organic campaigns. This role combines design craft, speed, and deep awareness of social media aesthetics to create static graphics, animations, video cuts, and format-specific creatives that boost engagement and conversions. Working closely with the Content Strategist and Ads Lead, the designer adapts assets across languages, screen sizes, and platform technical specs.

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital design for campaigns or advertising
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Capcut, Canva Pro
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives optimized for social, search, and display networks
  • Experience designing multilingual content and incorporating translated scripts into design layouts
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting visuals rapidly based on data insights
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on digital aesthetics and global design trends

Creative Development & Design Execution

  • Design platform-specific ad assets for Meta (Stories, Reels, Carousels), TikTok (short-form motion), YouTube (pre-rolls), LinkedIn (sponsored cards), and display banners.
  • Produce scroll-stopping visuals that combine imagery, typography, motion graphics, and storytelling to deliver messaging impact within seconds.
  • Collaborate with the strategist to integrate localized text and cultural cues.

Multilingual & Format Adaptation

  • Create multilingual versions of all designs, ensuring font compatibility, readability, and balanced layout for non-Latin scripts.
  • Design multiple variants for A/B testing, including layout, color, CTA positioning, and text emphasis.

Campaign Alignment & Version Control

  • Maintain brand consistency across asset types, including fonts, color palettes, logo placement, and tone.
  • Support repurposing of long-form video into snippets, reels, or GIFs for targeted micro content campaigns.
  • Keep a clear digital asset library, using file naming conventions and visual hierarchy.

Feedback Integration & Final Delivery

  • Implement rapid design changes in response to performance insights, stakeholder feedback, or platform compliance issues.
  • Deliver assets optimized for desktop and mobile, along with source files (PSD, AI, AE) and rendered outputs.
