Create, plan, and execute creative direction for client digital requirements while managing creative briefs end to end.

You’ll work with

• Creative Arts team. Reporting to the hiring manager.

Role expectations

• We expect this role to deliver At least 2 years of agency experience and 3-4 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer.-level impact across our client portfolio.

Education:

• Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Communication, Arts, Design, or a related course; Professional certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• At least 2 years of agency experience and 3-4 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities

• Redefine design briefs within constraints of cost and time.
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or internal teams.
• Work across design media and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Proofread and produce accurate, high-quality creative work.
• Create rough sketches, layouts, and print-ready designs.
• Develop banners, GIFs, and digital advertising creative.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, designers, account executives, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Guide junior creative designers to improve work quality.
