Courier Guards -Mombasa Job

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver customers’ items across the city or town of deployment
• Raising cash and contracted customer’s waybills and ensuring proper documentation
• Ensuring proper weights and charges of each customer item received
• Counter checking delivery sheets to ensure all details are properly filled
• Accounting for waybills, cash collections and ensuring proper handing over and reconciliation ofcash collections
• Ensuring accurate documentation of all receipts and deliveries of customers’ items within setprocedures
• Sorting of customers’ items to ensure items received have been accurately routed
• Loading of customers items into the various route vehicles among other duties
