Receive and deliver customers’ items across the city or town of deployment
Raising cash and contracted customer’s waybills and ensuring proper documentation
Ensuring proper weights and charges of each customer item received
Counter-checking delivery sheets to ensure all details are properly filled
Accounting for waybills, cash collections and ensuring proper handing over and reconciliation of cash collections
Ensuring accurate documentation of all receipts and deliveries of customers’ items within set procedures
Sorting of customers’ items to ensure items received have been accurately routed
Loading of customers items into the various route vehicles among other duties
