Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts and accessories.
- Generate and process sales invoices, receipts, and returns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked, clean, and organized.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock taking and reordering.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer queries or complaints.
- Liaise with workshop technicians and suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years in counter sales, preferably in an auto spare parts environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
