• The Cook III position supports catering services within designated Ministry facilities. This role ensures the preparation and service of meals in accordance with established standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Responsibilities include preparing meals as per approved menus, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and food preparation areas, and ensuring proper handling and storage of food supplies.
• The Cook III will also assist in planning meal requirements, managing kitchen equipment, and minimizing food waste.
• Additional duties involve maintaining hygiene standards, cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment, and supporting stock management by reporting shortages or spoilage.
• The Cook III may also assist during official events or functions that require catering services as directed.
