- Video Production & Execution- Proficiently handle video shooting, editing, and post-productioon for TikTok short videos, utilizingmainstream video editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut IPro, CapCut)
- Execute video content plans based on predefined strategies,ensuring alignment with platform trends and user preferences.
- Content Strategy & Operational Execution- Develop content strategies for TikTok accounts, integrating brand positioning with platform trends to plan video themes and release schedules.Optimize content direction and operational strategies throughdata analysis (play rates, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.)
- Visual Quality & Style ControlMaintain strict control over video quality, style, and visual presentation to ensure brand consistency onTikTok.
- Continuously refine video creativity and formats by studyingplatform trends and user behaviors.
- Trend Capture & Creative Innovation- Stay vigilant for emerging trends and viral topics, swiftly incorporating them into video content to boost account exposure and engagement.Technical SkillsMaster video shooting and editing techniques, with proficiency in mainstream video editing software (e.g., Premiere, CapCut).Familiarity with TikTok platform rules, video rhythms, and useer sensibilities. Prior experience managing TikTok/Douyin accounts is preferred.
- Data Analysis ProficiencyBasic data analysis capabilities to refine content strategies and operational approaches based on performance metrics.Creativity & Market Insight.Creative thinker with strong market acumen and trend-sspotting abilities.
- Deep understanding of short-video content trends, capaable of rapidly producing platform-aligned creative content.Additional RequirementsDetail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.Prior TikTok/Douyin account management experience or a portifolio of work is a plus (attach links orsamples with applications).
