Key Responsibilities

  • Content Coordination – Organize photo and video production across multiple African countries.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with local teams and partners to plan and deliver content.
  • Quality & Deadlines – Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time.
  • Travel – Support and oversee production through regular travel within Africa.
  • Communication Bridge – Act as the link between our Europe-based marketing team and teams in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and beyond.
  • Video Editing – Create and edit engaging videos for social media and YouTube.
  • Graphic Design – Develop simple, impactful visuals (banners, ads, leaflets, social posts) using Canva

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in video editing and visual design (Canva)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible when needed.
  • Background in contenr creation, media, marketing or communications
  • Experience with international/multicultural teams: travel industry knowledge is a pluc
  • Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
