Position Summary:
The Consultants Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the property development function by managing, coordinating, and monitoring all external and internal consultants engaged across development projects. The role ensures cohesive communication, timely delivery, and alignment of consultant outputs with project objectives from concept through to completion. The coordinator also supports technical and planning alignment on-site and assists in the preparation and coordination of
consultant-related documentation such as purchase lists and schedules.

  • Coordinate all design and technical consultants—including architects, engineers (including specialists), planners, and others—to ensure fully integrated and conflict-free design deliverables.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate consultant submissions, and participate in the selection process in collaboration with procurement, and PMU teamsrepresenting technical department.
  • Administer consultant contracts, monitor deliverables, and track compliance with project timelines, scopes, and budgets in order to ensure all outputs align with the master project program; track deadlines, approvals, and interdependencies.
  • Serve as the communication link between consultants, project managers, site teams, and internal departments to ensure efficiency, alignment and timely progress.
  • Provide technical and planning support to site teams to help translate consultant inputs into actionable execution plans, ensuring consistency across documentation and construction processes.
  • Coordinate and support consultants in preparing accurate and timely purchase lists, material specifications, and related documents in line with project budgets and BOQs.
  • Support permit applications and statutory compliance processes by coordinating required documentation with consultants and internal stakeholders as demands arise during the different stages of construction.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, including design submissions, approvals, revisions, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor consultant performance, flag potential risks, and contribute to solution-oriented decision-making with relevant teams.
  • Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on deliverables and action items.
  • Assist in project close-out, including documentation handover and finalization of consultantaccounts.
  • Execute additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Technical Head.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultant coordination, technical documentation, or real estate development.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and consultant roles across planning, design, and execution stages.
  • Knowledge of statutory processes, development bylaws, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and interface with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and AutoCAD. BIM/Revit and Ms
  • Project knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
