Community Liaison / Facilitators Job Verst Carbon, Nairobi, Kenya
Verst Carbon Limited is recruiting short-term consultants and field personnel for a nature-based project in Kenya. These are part-time, assignment-based engagements, with roles expected to commence at various points between September and December 2026.
Successful candidates will support project activities including fieldwork, data collection, community engagement, technical assignments, monitoring, and other project-related tasks depending on their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned project activities in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
- Conduct field visits, data collection, assessments, or community engagement as required.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation on completed assignments.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, local stakeholders, and communities.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the assignment.
- Deliver agreed outputs within the specified timelines.
Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications depending on the assignment.
- Relevant experience in the specific area of engagement.
- Strong communication, organisation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field/project team.
