Artcaffé Group is looking for a talented Communications Associate (Copywriting) to be the voice of our beloved brands: Artcaffé, Artcaffé Market, and Artcaffé Gastro. This is your chance to shape how people see, feel, and connect with us through the power of your pen (or keyboard!).

Your Role: The Voice of Our Brand

You will be the creative force behind our words, crafting copy that inspires, informs, and
builds genuine connection. From thought-provoking Linkedin articles and captivating
website stories to the enticing descriptions on our menus and the narrative in our
magazines, your work will be the thread that ties the Artcaffé experience together across
all touchpoints.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Social Media Manager to ensure a seamless brand voice, while taking the lead on the long-form storytelling that elevates our brand from a café to a lifestyle.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Masterful Storytelling: Writing compelling, polished copy for a wide range of channels including website content, Linkedin articles, email newsletters, magazines, and campaign materials.
  • Brand Voice Guardianship: Adapting your tone to perfectly embody the unique
    personality of each brand while maintaining the core Artcaffé spirit: elegant, welcoming, and joyful.
  • Campaign Ideation: Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to develop
    integrated campaigns, writing powerful narratives, slogans, and copy that brings big ideas to life.
  • Strategic Communication: Crafting thought leadership pieces, press releases, and
    corporate communications that position Artcaffé as a leader in the hospitality space.
  • Editorial Excellence: Proofreading, refining, and editing all content to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and grammatical precision.

What We’re Looking For (The Essentials):

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or
    communications, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or publishing.
  • A stellar portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write effortlessly across formats from snappy social captions to long-form editorial features.
  • Proven experience writing for LinkedIn, websites, print magazines, and marketing
    campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling and editorial skills with a fanatical eye for detail and nuance.
  • A strategic mindset that balances creative flair with business and communication goals.
  • A collaborative spirit-you thrive working with designers, marketers, and leadership to bring a shared vision to life.
  • A genuine passion for lifestyle and hospitality and the stories that live within them.
  • Flexibility to support key campaigns and launches, which may occasionally require work during evenings or weekends.
