Job Description
Overall Duties
A vacancy has occurred for a Café Manager to manage an eatery outlet based at a leading services stations in Kampala for both in person patronage and for delivery services within in Kampala
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative commercial and marketing strategies, including go-to-market strategies, branding, and customer experience initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing key client relationships.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
- Tracking marketing and sales performance, analyse data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and motivate teams, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration across different departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry players.
- Manage marketing and commercial budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and tracking expenses.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and manage contracts.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising strategies.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, administration, or a related field
