We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Litigation Associate with 2–3 years post-admission experience to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will support the firm in handling a wide range of commercial disputes and provide strategic legal support to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on commercial and corporate disputes.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits, witness statements, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Assist in case strategy, evidence preparation, and trial preparation.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court timelines and procedural requirements.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and regulatory bodies.
- Support senior lawyers in complex commercial litigation matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practising certificate.
- 2–3 years post-admission experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings and court submissions.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in corporate and regulatory disputes.
- Exposure to arbitration or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
