Public Service Club (PSC) is a Members Club located in the exclusive Upper hill, the financial hub of East and Central Africa on Mara Road Nairobi, Kenya. The club is endowed with excellent ambiance and recreational facilities for a vast array of functions including graduation and birthday parties, team buildings, farewell and weddings in both restaurant and theater style.
It is the perfect facility for leisure and recreational services for members and their guests.
Job Purpose:
- To lead our membership acquisition and retention efforts while overseeing our sports and fitness facilities.
- This role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, enhancing member experiences, and ensuring smooth operations across all relevant departments.
Reporting to: General Manager

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Planning, designing and executing company social events, sporting and fitness activities
- Coordinating membership services
- Driving new member recruitment
- Managing sports and fitness activities
- Implementing digital marketing initiatives
- supporting cross-functional team performance
- This role plays a pivotal role in strengthening our brand, expanding our member base, and ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or related field
- Proficient in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheets, presentation, email, and electronic calendar software
- At least 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role, experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Those with experience in hotel and events management will have an added advantage
