Proven experience in commercial property management or caretaking ie previous
Experience managing a commercial Property.
Computer literate with the ability to handle basic reporting and record keeping. Strong communication skills and good
Interpersonal relations.
Experience in using zoho, quickbooks, and crm systems.
Knowledge of cleaning supervision, minor maintenance, and tenant service Coordination.
Ability to manage cleaning staff and contractors effectively.
Understanding of safety, hygiene, and waste management standards.
