Phoenix Capital Ltd is looking for a results-driven Recovery / Collection Officer (LOGBOOK PRODUCT) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Recover outstanding loan amounts and manage delinquent accounts
- Engage clients via calls and follow-ups to ensure timely repayments
- Negotiate repayment plans and provide practical recovery solutions
- Monitor portfolios and initiate recovery actions (including legal processes & repossessions)
- Maintain accurate client, asset, and recovery records
- Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports
- Manage repossessed assets and support their disposal/sale
- Deliver excellent customer care while driving retention
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections/recovery (microfinance preferred, LOGBOOK PRODUCT)
- Strong negotiation and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
