Key Responsibilities

Regional Collection Management

• Collaborate with the PVSTAR Regional Manager to monitor and ensure collection progress meets set targets.
• Take full ownership of collection performance in the designated region.

Priority Collection Execution

• Efficiently implement instructions from the Nairobi Operations Center for high-priority collection tasks, including:
• Conducting field visits to households with overdue payments.
• Recovering and reselling products from severely delinquent customers.
• Provide timely progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Team Management & Training

• Supervise, train, and support collection and sales agents to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure the team meets collection targets through effective guidance and performance tracking.

Customer Relationship Management

• Conduct regular visits to households using PVSTAR solar home systems to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and payment compliance.

Dealer & Agent Management

• Perform background checks on dealers and sales agents, including physical address verification.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local chiefs and community leaders to facilitate smooth operations.
