Reporting To: Medical Director / Facility In-Charge

Job Summary:

The Clinician will provide quality outpatient medical care, diagnose and treat patients, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe medications appropriately and safely
Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
Perform minor medical procedures where necessary
Provide health education and counseling to patients
Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and clinical meetings
Refer patients appropriately for specialized care

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Clinical Medicine
Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC)
Valid practicing license
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience (healthcare facility experience preferred)
