  • Translate briefs into scopes, timelines, budgets, run-of-show, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate creative, production, procurement, field, and finance to deliver BTL & Events end-to-end.
  • Handle pre-production: recces, permits, supplier sourcing, LPOs, risk & compliance.
  • Oversee on-ground execution: set-up checks, brand compliance, live issue-solving.
  • Track costs, manage change requests, and support accurate invoicing & reconciliations.
  • Compile post-campaign reports (highlights, learnings, photo/video evidence, ROI).

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years in client service within BTL and/or events agencies (mandatory).
  • Confident pitching and client relationship management.
  • Strong project coordination: timelines, budgets, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Comfortable with KPIs and post-event analytics.
  • Available for occasional evenings/weekends and travel during activations.
  • Legal right to work in Kenya.

Nice to have:

Experience across FMCG/tech/financial services; basic creative briefing/storyboarding; familiarity with procurement/LPO workflows and post-event reconciliation.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) + performance incentives.
  • Exposure to top brands, national roadshows, and high-visibility activations.
  • A collaborative, fast-paced team with mentorship and growth opportunities.
