Our client is looking for a Client Experience & Project Coordinator to oversee and improve day-to-day administrative operations, support training program delivery and serve as a key link between internal teams, clients, and partners.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of office administration
  • Oversee scheduling, event logistics, and smooth coordination of training programs
  • Manage client communications and support document preparation for proposals and reports
  • Oversee digital engagement: website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Track and report key operational metrics and budgets
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital & physical) and ensure data confidentiality
  • Continuously improve systems, tools, and workflows for efficiency
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounts or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior administrative or office management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
  • Experience supporting training or professional service firms is an added advantage
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers with excellence
  • Experience in a law firm or accounts department is preferred
