Tilisi Developments PLC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Clerk of Works to join the Tilisi projects team!
- Location: Tilisi
- Department: Projects
- Reports To: Head of Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site works to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, track progress, and report to the project team.
- Manage quality assurance, snagging, defect rectification, and as-built documentation.
- Liaise with contractors and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction project management.
- Strong QA/QC, documentation, and coordination skills.
